In July 2017, the 300,000th G-Class rolled off the production line in Graz, Austria. This new G 500 has a metallic blue body with black interior, and is equipped with black 16-inch aluminum wheels and all-terrain tires. The car is equipped with an Off-Road off-road kit, including a roof rack, a protective net, a towing hook and other equipment. In the following months, this commemorative G-Class, along with photographers, set out from Austria through Germany, Denmark, Belgium, and traveled across the English Channel. In London, it was replaced with a customized hood and spare tire cover, and then from England to France, Spain, Italy, and after crossing the Alps, it returned to its birthplace, Austria. Mercedes-Benz created the "#Gventure300k" entry on the social platform to show the adventure of this commemorative model along the way, making it easier for car fans to track it.
